Alpine Coaster Rules and Regulations
Payment and the purchase of a ticket represent your acceptance of the following rules:
Instructions from staff and designated departure intervals must be followed.
The total weight of passengers must not exceed 150 kg per sled.
Users must wear appropriate clothing and must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The decision to begin the descent is up to the user, but the maximum waiting time is 100 seconds.
Adjust your speed to avoid endangering yourself or others.
Do not move too slowly and stop only in case of emergency.
Maintain a distance of at least 25 meters from the sled in front of you.
Tailgating is prohibited. In case of rear-end collisions, the user of the trailing sled is fully responsible for all consequences.
Irresponsible use can cause serious injuries.
Always brake in time and enter the station at the end of the route at walking speed. Pay special attention to the final section of the track.
Always keep your body facing the direction of travel. Do not turn around or kneel.
Follow all signs and stay focused on the next section of the track (at least 25 meters ahead).
Use the facility only with the original sled and wear the seatbelt during both ascent and descent.
Children can use the facility only after the age of 3 years.
Children under 8 years old can use the facility only on a two-seater sled accompanied by an older person (over 8 years old and at least 1.35 m tall) familiar with the use of the facilities and who has been given full responsibility by the operating and supervision staff.
The taller, responsible person must always sit in the back, keep their hands on the brake handles, feet inside the sled, and never touch the rails or extend their limbs outside the sled.
The operator (sitting in the back) is responsible for safety and must be willing and able to use the brakes whenever necessary.
The person sitting in the front must keep their hands on the handles, feet inside the sled, and must not touch the rails or the underside of the sled.
If the track is wet or icy, the distance between sleds must be at least 50 meters due to increased braking distance.
Failure to follow staff instructions will result in the suspension of the right to use the facility.
Any accidents must be reported immediately to the facility operators.
Users can start and end their ride only at designated points.
Individuals unable to sit properly in the sled or operate it due to physical or mental limitations may use the facility only when accompanied by a responsible individual who assumes liability for them.
Pregnant women are not allowed to use the facility due to operational requirements.
Follow all instructions from the operating staff.
Animals, umbrellas, walking sticks, lace items, or other bulky, sharp, or loose objects are not allowed on the sled.
Do not bring loose clothing (caps, scarves, shoelaces, etc.) or long hair near the rails or sled wheels.
Smoking, using mobile phones, cameras, or other devices is prohibited during the ride.
Passengers are responsible for any loss or damage during the use of the facility.
Users are directly responsible for non-compliance with the rules and informational or warning signs.
Prohibited Activities
Damaging enclosures, equipment, or sleds.
Creating obstacles on the tracks or operating the facility without approval.
Exceeding the EXIT markings at the end of the ride on the platform designated for sled disembarkation.
Payment and ticket purchase represent your irrevocable acceptance of these conditions. Any claims for compensation are excluded.
