The day pass (ski pass) and point cards are personal and non-transferable. Using a card by more than one person will result in its cancellation and/or confiscation. Using a child’s card as an adult or passing through the access gate simultaneously with another person will also lead to the cancellation and/or confiscation of the card.
Refunds are not granted in situations such as: organized sporting events on one of the slopes, rain, strong winds, partial lack of snow, equipment malfunctions, or any other events caused by weather conditions, including the closure of a slope or lifts.
For safety reasons and to maintain an ideal skiing surface, access to the slopes is prohibited outside the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
The last ride with the ski lift is at 5:55 PM!
The night lighting operates until 6:05 PM!
